Vegetarian Chili you Need to Make

Do you ever feel like you eat the same damn thing every night? Or maybe you don’t have time to always cook a nutritious meal for dinner? Or maybe you’re just not even that good of a cook, so you eat boxed pizza for most of your dinners?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, I’d advise you to keep reading because I’m about to make your tastebuds explode.

I found the perfect vegetarian chili recipe on Pinterest that I knew I needed to share with you guys! I did modify it somewhat, but I promise my modifications made the recipe that much better.

I say this recipe is perfection because the ingredients are natural, heathy, and cheap. It also makes a lot of food so you can have this for dinner multiple times a week. & the best one of them all- it’s so simple to make! What’s more simpler than measuring out your ingredients and putting those ingredients in a crockpot? Lol, not much!

Ready for the recipe?

» 2 cups organic vegetable broth

» 1 can organic tomato sauce

» 1 15 oz can organic diced tomatoes

» 1 cup uncooked quinoa

» 1 can of unsalted corn kernels

» 1 15 oz can organic black beans

» 1 15 oz can organic kidney beans

» 1/2 an onion

» 2 cloves of garlic

» 1 tbsp chili powder

» 1 tsp pepper

» 1 tsp himalayan salt

» 1 tsp ground cumin

» 1 tsp oregano

» 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

» 1/4 tsp paprika

» 1/4 tsp coriander

Put all of your ingredients into your crockpot and stir, then set the temperature to low, and cook for 5 hours.

Garnish your chili with whatever toppings you’d like! I like to garnish with cilantro and cheese, but I’m really trying to cut back on my dairy intake, so no cheese for me this time.

Adding blue corn chips or avocado toast with your chili is SO good, too!

Have a great rest of your week!

xx, Aubrianna
