Make This Smoothie Your Best Friend

If there’s one thing I love, it’s a good smoothie that’s packed with a lot of nutrients.

Smoothies are great because they’re easy to make, they’re super healthy if you’re using the right foods in them, and they allow you to get your necessary nutrients you need for your day. Also, you can add basically any sort of powder into them.

You’re probably wondering what I mean when I’m referring to powder. Well, what I’m referring to is vegan protein powder, maca powder, hemp powder, ginger powder, turmeric powder, spirit dust, pearl powder, just to name a few.

I know, it seems like a lot, and you’re probably wondering what each of these powders do.

& this is why we are here today- I am going to share my go-to smoothie as of lately!

Fruits » 1-2 bananas, handful of berries

Veggies » Spinach (if I have it)

It’s always a great idea to incorporate greens into your smoothie because a lot of people don’t eat them enough throughout their day, especially me.

Powders » Vegan protein powder, maca powder, pearl powder, spirit dust, & ginger powder

Liquids » Water

Water is the best to use because it doesn’t have any of the unnecessary sugars, carbs, or calories. I used to use unsweetened almond milk, but switched to water and loved it. I really stay away from apple juice, orange juice, and yogurt in my smoothies, because again, of the unnecessary sugar that’s in those.

If I’m being completely transparent with you, it’s not the best tasting thing, like it’s not an Orange Julius or a Maui Wowi. But I can promise you that it’s incredibly healthy for you! & if I can get Zach to drink one of these, then it can’t be that bad because he has a diet of a 13 year old boy.

Now onto those mysterious powders:

» The vegan protein powder is obvious, it’s how I get a portion of my protein in for the day. I just always make sure the ingredients in the protein powder are good, because companies like to sneak some nasty crap in protein powers that are not needed!

» Maca powder is high in protein, fiber, vitamin b & c, calcium, potassium, iron, copper, & manganese.

» Pearl powder helps heal acne and scars, is a good source of calcium, stimulates collagen production, & has anti-aging properties.

» Spirit dust is from Moon Juice. Moon Juice carries all sorts of different types of dusts. They have beauty dust, sex dust, power, dust, spirit dust, dream dust, & brain dust. Each dust has specific ingredients in them to provide the best outcome. For example, “Power Dust® is an adaptogenic blend of elite superherbs and supermushrooms that help combat the effects of stress to fuel your physical and entrepreneurial feats.*

Contains ingredients with proven benefits:

Boosts energy and reduces fatigue*

Helps restore and sustain energy levels*

Supports healthy cardiovascular function*” – Moon Juice website

» Ginger powder contains anti-inflammatory compounds, boosts your immune system, has germ-fighting abilities, and can alleviate menstrual cramps, nausea, exhaustion, & fatigue.

If you have any questions regarding any of these powders, just let me know!

xx, Aubrianna
